When you request an estimate, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), the address and ZIP code of the project, the services you need, notes about the job and your chosen appointment time.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.

How We Use It

• To schedule and confirm your estimate, and to contact you about your project
• To send appointment confirmations and reminders, if you ask for them
• To prepare your estimate and, if you hire us, to carry out the work

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that help us run the website and deliver your booking to us (our web host, Vercel, and Resend, which delivers booking requests to our inbox), or when the law requires it.

Text Messages

If you check the box to receive texts, we may text you about your appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide your estimate and any work you hire us for, and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
